    Engen Xtreme Syn - 2T is a part synthetic, low ash two-stroke lubricant for use in severe heavy duty two stroke applications found in commercial operations. 

    Application:

    Engen Xtreme Syn - 2T is especially formulated for use in the latest generation of air cooled two stroke petrol engines used in commercial applications, in particular within the timber industry. It is also suitable for use in two stroke motorcycle engines as well as lawnmowers, scooters and generator sets. Engen Xtreme Syn - 2T can be used in applications where the lubricant is premixed with the fuel, or by metered injection into the engine intake system at ratios of up to 50:1.   • Engen Transfluid

    Description:

    Formulated to withstand the very high pressures encountered in hydrostatic systems.

    Application:

    Recommended hydraulic fluid for heavily loaded Sunstrand transmissions, particularly in wet environments. It finds application in other hydrostatic and hydrodynamic transmissions used in farm and contractor equipment and industrial machine tools. Engen Transfluid can also be used in place of Type A Suffix A hydrodynamic fluids and as such it is recommended for certain Brockhouse and Twin Disc Powershift transmissions and torque converters.

  • Engen Transfluid TO-4 Series

    Description:

    Formulated specifically for transmissions and drive trains of equipment requiring lubricants having high levels of oxidation stability, the ability to reduce gear wear plus improved friction properties and elastomer compatibility.

    Application:

    Although these oils have been classified in terms of SAE engine oil viscosity ratings, they have mainly been formulated for transmissions and drive trains only, and should not be used as an engine crankcase oil as has previously been the case of API CD diesel engine oils meeting the Cat TO-2 oil requirements. Thus, with the development of more specialised drive trains, coupled with the legislation being imposed on diesel engine exhaust emissions in the USA and Europe, the need for specialised lubricants has superseded the convenience of multi-purpose lubricants.

    Description:

    Application:

  • Engen ATF 33 G and 22 D

    Description:

    Two high quality automatic transmission fluids made from solvent refined base oils, viscosity index improvers, anti-oxidants, anti-wear agents, detergents, defoamants and special friction modifiers.

    Application:

    Engen ATF 33 G is used primarily for some commercial transmissions and for certain manual gearboxes and power steering units. Engen ATF 33 G is recommended for the automatic transmissions of Ford and other vehicles such as Leyland, Mazda, Volvo and older Toyota models. Engen ATF 22 D finds application in a wide variety of industrial hydraulic pumps and motors, manufactured by Sperry Vickers, Denison, Sundstrand, and Voith etc. However its prime use is in General Motors automatic transmissions as well as those of Mercedes Benz, Volkswagen, Fiat, Peugeot and Toyota. It is also recommended for ZF Ecomat transmissions where TE-ML-14 fluids are specified. Engen ATF 22 D and Engen ATF 33 G can be used in power steering and many hydraulic and hydrostatic systems.

  • Engen ATF III

    Description:

    A semi-synthetic, high performance, multipurpose automatic transmission fluid.

    Application:

    Engen ATF III’s prime application is car, light truck, on and off highway heavy duty automatic transmissions and power steering systems requiring a Dexron III-G, MERCON, Allison C-4 or MB 236.1 type transmission fluid. It is suitable for electronically controlled converter clutches and for use in some manual transmissions units, especially where low temperature shiftability is a problem. Engen ATF III is also widely used in
    industrial hydraulic applications, fluid couplings, mobile hydraulic systems as well as certain rotary vane and screw compressors. It is highly recommended for cold store hydraulic applications such as fork lifts and other material handling equipment by virtue of its excellent extremely low temperature performance characteristics. Due to its wide operating temperature range it is used in marine hydraulic servo applications which are exposed to very high and low temperatures.
