Mining
Engen is a major supplier of refined petroleum products, primarily petrol, diesel, paraffin, HFO, lubricants and greases, to the mining sector in Southern Africa. These products are used in the complete mining base namely gold, coal, diamond and base metal mining.

Cleaner Fuels 2006
In 2006, Engen Dynamic Diesel sulphur level was reduced to 0.05% (by mass) on a national basis and a niche grade
of Engen Dynamic Diesel 0.005% (by mass) was also introduced. Engen supplies lead
replacement grades for use in older vehicle fleets.
